Every person gets depressed over small things, and they have made it a habit, but they don’t know that repeatedly getting depressed becomes an addiction. However, it’s not even in your control because you follow your own thoughts, which means you are slaves to your own mind. Repeatedly getting depressed and getting lost in those thoughts is like a slow poison that will slowly destroy you. Depression may seem like a minor thing to hear, but it’s just the beginning of destroying your existence. It goes so deep that it will rob you of your ability to think and understand and entangle you in various mental problems and illnesses, including suicidal thoughts. If you don’t break free from it, it will push you towards suicide because you chase after your thoughts.
Suicidal thoughts are prevalent from the age of 16 to 30. Some children are pressured by the demands of school on one side and the expectations of their parents on the other. Some young people feel the pressure of excelling in academics in this competitive environment, while others have thoughts of suicide due to job-related delays or failures. Remember, it’s your thoughts that are misleading you.
In the younger generation, love affairs can also be a major cause of suicidal thoughts. Some people even contemplate suicide due to the fear of losing their reputation after borrowing money, and others do it because of financial losses. Do you know that our farmers commit suicide every year, with at least 5-10 thousand cases, and the pain that their families go through before these 5-10 thousand farmers take this step is something they have to endure for a lifetime? Some families are even ruined.
Suicidal thoughts occur in every individual, but they persistently haunt those who keep getting depressed like an addiction. They do not share their pain with their parents, family, or friends. They just keep following their own minds. Remember, anyone who follows their mind becomes a slave to their own body. Your mistake is that you are a slave to your own thoughts.
If you tell your parents, at least they will take care of you. Unfortunately, you choose not to tell anyone and end up committing suicide. But you don’t realize what your parents, siblings, friends, and loved ones go through after you’re gone. If you have thoughts of suicide, just once, just once, look into your mother’s eyes or the eyes of the one you care about and try to see what they are going through.
Please seek help and talk to someone you trust if you’re struggling with depression or suicidal thoughts. You don’t have to face this alone, and there are people who care about you and want to help.
Reveal: If you come to your senses today, neither will you remain in depression nor will you experience any suicidal thoughts, meaning negative thoughts that you do not want but keep coming automatically. The reason these negative thoughts begin to appear is due to their automatic occurrence. If you stay focused on your thoughts, these negative thoughts will cease to come. Our aim is to teach how to control our mind. If your mind comes under control, no negative thoughts will arise, and you will succeed in every field. Then, whatever you desire will come to pass.
To control all kinds of thoughts, you need to know the basics.
There are two types of thoughts:
1) “It will keep wandering.”
2) “It will scare or discourage you.”
Keep Remembering This Phrase Repeatedly, For One Second at A Time, Remember
“WHAT AM I DOING?”
“WHAT AM I DOING?”
If You Do This (Remembering It Thousands of Times A Day, For One Second Each Time),
It Will Become a Habit to Always Keep Track of Your Thoughts. Just As If You Remember Any One Thing Repeatedly, It Will Always Stay in Your Memory.
In The Same Way, You Will Also Remember Where Your Thoughts Are Going, And at That Time, You Will Immediately Know That It Is a Bad or Useless Thought.
You Can Stop It Beforehand,
And Sometimes Your Own Thoughts Will Frighten You That Someone Is Coming to Harm You, Or That Someone Will Ask You for Money, Otherwise, They Will Speak Ill of You, Or Someone Will Scare You, Or Make You Sad,
THEN AT THAT TIME YOU WILL HAVE TO TELL YOURSELF,
“WHATEVER HAPPENS, LET IT HAPPEN.”
WHETHER IT IS GOD’S WILL OR FATE,
“WHATEVER HAPPENS, LET IT HAPPEN.”
When You Stop Being Afraid of Your Scary Thoughts, They Will Stop Scaring You.
So, It Is Only Your Thoughts That Scare You, Which Keep Scaring You Repeatedly,
How Many Times Will They Come?
If You Keep Saying This, The Thought Will Disappear After Coming 5 To 10 Times, And You Will Gain Courage and Succeed.
So, You Just Have to Remember These Two Things:
“WHAT AM I DOING?”
(YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER THIS THOUSANDS OF TIMES A DAY, FOR ONE SECOND EACH TIME)
AND
WHENEVER THOUGHT Scares You, YOU HAVE TO SAY TO IT,
“WHATEVER HAPPENS, LET IT HAPPEN.”
